CHIFFRES RECORD – Le président de Walt Disney Company France a précisé qu’il s’agissait du troisième plus gros score d’un film US en France.
INTERVIEW -« Aujourd’hui est un grand jour. » Jean-François Camilleri, président de la Walt Disney Company France, a annoncé mercredi matin sur Europe 1 que l’épisode VII de Star Wars, Le Réveil de la Force, allait « passer les 10 millions d’entrées » en France. « Ce soir, quelque part en France, nous auront le dix-millionième spectateur de ‘Star Wars’. »
Troisième plus gros film américain. « C’est assez exceptionnel », a souligné Jean-François Camilleri. « Star Wars va devenir très rapidement le troisième plus gros film américain (en France) de ce qu’on appelle la période contemporaine, derrièreTitanic et Avatar. » Sorti en 1997, Titanic a cumulé près de 22 millions de spectateurs dans l’Hexagone, tandis qu’Avatar (2009) a frôlé les 15 millions. Selon le président de la Walt Disney Company France, le septième Star Wars« a encore un million d’entrées à faire » et devrait notamment profiter de l’arrivée des vacances de février.
Attirer les femmes et les jeunes. Star Wars : Le Réveil de la Force a réussi à « attirer beaucoup de femmes », a également précisé Jean-François Camilleri. « Un tiers de notre public est composé de spectatrices. » Enfin, selon le dirigeant de Disney, cet épisode de la saga, réalisé par J.J. Abrams, a su rassembler au-delà des passionnés historiques. « On a créé une nouvelle génération de fans, avec beaucoup de jeunes de 8 ou 9 ans qui sont venus découvrir le film en famille », a expliqué le président de la Walt Disney Company France. Pour battre de nouveaux records, Disney compte sur l’épisode VIII, dont la sortie a été décalée de mai à décembre 2017.

Star Wars Episode VII « Le Réveil de la Force » mon verdict :
J’ai passé une très bonne soirée franchement. J’ai aimé le film. Après c’est vrai qu’il s’inspire beaucoup de l’épisode IV « Un nouvel espoir » faut dire ce qui est mais je n’ai pas été déçu sincèrement. C’est une histoire différente, y a de nouveaux personnages, des anciens et pas mal de surprises. Des clins d’œil, de l’humour, de l’émotion, de l’action. Tous les acteurs (trices) jouent très bien, les décors, les paysages, les costumes, les plans de caméra sont superbes, variés et bien réalisés. Les codes de Star Wars ont été respectés c’est l’essentiel. C’est un premier épisode d’une nouvelle trilogie quoi. Le film n’est pas parfait mais pas mauvais non plus, c’est un bon commencement.
Le film vaut le détour. Je conseille à ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore vu d’aller le voir au plus vite !
Vivement la suite et l’épisode VIII.

I spent a very good evening frankly. I liked the movie. After that it’s true that this movie inspires itself very much from episode IV ‘A New Hope’ we have to say that but i haven’t been disappointed sincerely. It’s a different story, there are new characters, former characters and many surprises. There’s some winks, some humor, some emotion, some action. All the actors (tresses) play well, landscapes, stage sets, scenery, decorations, costumes, camera plans are really great, various and well executed. Star Wars codes have been respected it’s essential and that’s a good thing. It’s a 1st Episode of a new trilogy. The movie isn’t perfect but not bad, it’s a good new beginning.
This movie really worth it. I advise all people who haven’t seen this movie to go to see it quickly !
I can’t wait and awaiting the following Episode VIII.

Coucou les amis, ça y est c’est le grand jour ça va être à mon tour le grand moment pour moi comme tous les autres fans avant moi, séance au cinéma à 18h30 heure française pour Star Wars VII « Le Réveil de la Force » ça va être une grosse émotion en tant que très grand fan de tout l’univers Star Wars ! Je n’avais pas pu y aller mercredi et en semaine et je ne voulais pas subir les queues interminables du 1er jour. Donc j’ai trop hâte maintenant 🙂 !!! LE film que j’attendais le plus cette année. Et je sais que je ne serais pas déçu bien au contraire. Je pense même très sérieusement que j’irai revoir le film une 2ème fois c’est certain. Que la Force soit avec moi et avec vous tous chers amis ! Vive Star Wars !!! Pour toujours.

Hi friends, that’s it there it is it’s the big day for me it will be the big moment for me as well as the others fans before, movie projection in cinema or theater at 18:30 (6:30pm) French hour for Star Wars VII ‘The Force Awakens’ so it will be a big emotion as a huge fan of Star Wars universe ! I couldn’t go on wednesday (French release) and in rest of week and i wouldn’t wait in the huge people queues in front of French theaters the 1st day of release. So i CAN’T wait for now 🙂 !!! THE movie i most awaited of the whole year. And i know i won’t be disappointed. I even think seriously that i will go to see the movie a 2nd time for sure. May the Force be with me and with you all dear friends ! Long live Star Wars !!! Forever.

What if there was an Empire-focussed short Star Wars animation, drawn with the crazy detail and shading of classic 80s anime that’s all but vanished from Japan nowadays ?
Well, this artist tried his best.
Drawn and animated by yours truly over 4 years’ worth of weekends, with music by the living guitar solo Zak Rahman and sound design by up and coming audio technician Joseph Leyva. Fans of Lucasarts’ seminal 1994 TIE Fighter game may notice a few familiar sights and sounds. That “incoming missile” noise gives horrible flashbacks to this day…

L’Empire contre-attaque refait entièrement par des fans / The Empire Strikes Back Uncut : Full Movie (Official)
L’Empire contre-attaque le film réalisé à partir de dessins et de scènes entièrement fait par des fans. Pour tous les fans de Star Wars !
C’est un travail pharaonique qu’on réalisé ces fans de Star Wars. Ils ont recréé la saga réalisée par Georges Lucas uniquement à partir de scènes qu’ils ont eux-mêmes tourné ou dessiné. Une version revisitée de L’Empire contre-attaque a ainsi été mise en ligne sur la plateforme de vidéos YouTube.
Le projet Star Wars Uncut a été mis en place en 2013. Environ 480 séances d’une durée de 15 secondes ont été assemblées. Le résultat est bluffant et dure plus de deux heures. C’est d’ailleurs, la direction de LucasFilm qui héberge la vidéo sur son compte Youtube. Un premier film de ce genre avait déjà été réalisé en 2010.
