Disney has a great way of humanizing animals, making them relatable, lovable, and even a bit sexual (don’t act like you never had a crush on Simba). However, it’s clear that no matter how human-like they are, Flounder is still a fish and Abu is still a monkey. But with a little bit of Disney magic, that’s all about to change.

Thanks to Japanese artist Chaico, we now know exactly what our favorite animal Disney characters would look like if they were humanized. These fast, anime-esque sketches are extremely intriuging, super adorable, and have us craving more.

L’Empire contre-attaque refait entièrement par des fans / The Empire Strikes Back Uncut : Full Movie (Official)

L’Empire contre-attaque le film réalisé à partir de dessins et de scènes entièrement fait par des fans. Pour tous les fans de Star Wars !

C’est un travail pharaonique qu’on réalisé ces fans de Star Wars. Ils ont recréé la saga réalisée par Georges Lucas uniquement à partir de scènes qu’ils ont eux-mêmes tourné ou dessiné. Une version revisitée de L’Empire contre-attaque a ainsi été mise en ligne sur la plateforme de vidéos YouTube.

Le projet Star Wars Uncut a été mis en place en 2013. Environ 480 séances d’une durée de 15 secondes ont été assemblées. Le résultat est bluffant et dure plus de deux heures. C’est d’ailleurs, la direction de LucasFilm qui héberge la vidéo sur son compte Youtube. Un premier film de ce genre avait déjà été réalisé en 2010.

Helmed by Casey Pugh, who oversaw 2010’s Emmy-winning Star Wars Uncut, the new film has a wonderful homemade charm, stands as an affectionate tribute to The Empire Strikes Back, and is a testament to the talent, imagination, and dedication of Star Wars fans.
